REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

SALE HILANG AKAL / As-Is Sale / Value Buy Terms & Condition:
Item purchased from Sale Hilang Akal / As-Is / Value Buy (highlighted in yellow in product description) promotion is not exchangeable or refundable unless there is a factory defect found on the item or an error of delivery from our side. Exchange in terms of sizes, colour or design is not allowed.

Pembelian item dari kategori Sale Hilang Akal / As-Is / Value Buy (dihighlighted berwarna kuning di dalam penerangan produk) tidak boleh ditukar atau dipulangkan wang kecuali terdapat kerosakan pembuatan atau kesilapan penghantaran dari pihak kami. Penukaran saiz, warna atau rekaan adalah tidak dibenarkan selepas pembelian.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only do refunds if they are any defects or damage and there is no stock for replacement available.


If there is a replacement available, we will ship a new one and not refund it.


We do not offer refund if your size doesn't fit or you decide you don't like the product or for any late delivery.



Refund is not applicable on sale/discounted item.

Color Accuracy:
There will be slight difference on display output of each device/display specifications and settings.

Since we're using industry standard display calibration device,
refund is not applicable on color accuracy reason.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we do not offer refund on shipping and postage.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
